MSM775 Controller
I have recently lost the ability to log into the MSM775 Web GUI With any passwords. When using the services command i get an error that saya "no services installed". This controller has been up and running for several years and is always running the latest updates. The controller in in a 5406R zl2 switch. This problem showed up right out of the blue with no help from me lol. The module shows as running but not the service. without the service running i am unable to login to recover admin password or view any configuration. I don't want to factory reset and reconfig. Anybody seen this problem before? I can't figure this one out. I have a support ticket open with HP but so far they are puzzled. Any help please.
