Msm710 Error #7500
We are attempting to join an msm710 to a 2003 domain. We continue to get FAILURE #7500 (117). We have tried it with the computer account for the msm perstaged and with it not. In the msm web cosole is listed DEVICE NAME, DOMAIN NET BIOS NAME, and WINDOWS DOMAIN. Is the device name any friendly name? Does it have to be prestaged in AD? The domain netbios name, is that the flat or WINS name for your AD domain? I assume the windows domain is the fqdn, am I correct? Most importantly, what does 7500 mean? The relm remains in unjoined status.
P.S. This thread has been moved from Communications, Wireless (Legacy ITRC forum) to MSM Series. - Hp Forum moderator
