NOC and MSM765

Has anyone setup authentication via a NOC (network operations center) as described in the Controllers configuration guide.

 

I'm having issues with getting the certificates setup.  

 

If anyone has this working could you let me know?  I just cant get my login page to post back to the controller correctly and am looking for help doing this.
