Hi

Are you trying to use the HP560 into controlled mode or autonomous mode?

If the intention is to use in controlled mode, then all you need to do is to simply plug the AP into the controlller environment.  It should be able to get the code from the controller. 

Once it gets the code from the controller, you may choose to convert the AP into autonomos mode.

I just figured it out we have the .startup.cim file available on the software download page (need to use your HP passport login to get to the download section)

Download page for HP560:  Under HP My Networking --> My Software --> look for 560 search, that should take you to the download page).
