Need the xxx.cim.startup for MSM460

When my colleague try to reset the MSM460, it can not boot any more. We use it as autonomous mode.

Cloud anyone send me a copy of the xxx.cim.startup file so I can tftp ?

I got the file from HPE Support. After tftp, the same issuse.
