No legacy data rates available while setting vsc data rates.

Recently we started seeing alot of these messages popping up, any one else seeing this or know what it means ?

But yet we have ALL data rates setup and aviable on  all of our VSC's. We see this on all 4 of our controllers, but only a few random APs. And it's not the same APs all the time (we have 400 APs). While we aren't see any negitive side effects with these errors. I'd really like to clear up why they're happening or even better how to sto them from erroring out.
