I got an OfficeConnect ADSL Wireless 108Mbps 11g Firewall Router (3CRWDR200A-75) and i want to limit upload bandwitch on my lan, but i dont find any guide or support page to help me. All that i can find is that i can do it in the QoS Setup page on the router but i dont know how.

Someone can help me to limit upload on my lan?

You can not restrict upload speed with QOS, it is to make priorities, not bandwidth restrictions... At least on those small routers anyway...
