Hi there

My MSM720 shows this message at the home page:

 

Replace this MSM720 at next available downtime.

 

What would be the reason that this message is displayed? Why does the device need replacing? If so, how do I go about getting it replaced?

Log a call with HP, and a replacement will be sent out the next business day.

 

You can log a call through the mynetworking page (log in with your HP passport), or ring HP on the local toll-free number.
