Safari html authentification problem
Hello everyone, I want to know if you have this problem and how to resolve it. All browsers are working very well (ex : Chrome, Firefox, IE) except Safari on HTML authentification HTTPS. My workaround for Apple devices (Safari) is to download Chrome before to go on wireless, but the new Apple devices doesn't have the Network cable and the customer cannot download Chrome on internet before the wireless authentification. How I can fix it ?
The problem is : Safari doesn't have the page on login https authentification. The customer have a blank page and all the other browsers are working very well. The website is on the device MSM 760. All devices like Iphone are working on authentification.
Can you tell me if the problem is Apple Safari who doesn't redirect correctly ? like http://apple.stackexchange.com/questions/118150/safari-7-cant-connect-to-intranet-using-http-authentication

Re: Safari html authentification problem
Hi
iDevices have their own little quirks when it comes to networking. And that behavior sounds familiar. I'd suggest that you call support, and simultaneously open a case with Apple support. We should be able to work this out.
