I have 2 MSM 760 Controller, I want Team both of them. I need information,

1. How these controllers are connected to each other ( from which Port to which Port ) & to Switches. If Topolgy Diagram is available please share.

2. Configuration Procedure.

3 Number IP Addressess subnet wise , I will be requiring to Team 2 Controllers.

This is pretty well documented in the documentation, I definitely advice you to look through it since there are a few caveats with running a TEAM. But as answer to your questions;

The members have to be in the same subnet and L2 segment on the LAN port, they will need one IP each and one shared team-IP. This is all documented.
