This entitlement does not exist Error

I need to add my serial numbers and product numbers to my profile so I can download drivers. Our contract is ACTIVE. Everything is active. I get the entitlement does not exist message. This is absolutely ridiculous!!! ANy help?

Do you mean the MyNetworking Portal?

Some MyNetworking Accounts will be migrated to Aruba Support Portal (ASP) Here you can read more about it altough it maybe outdated.

As far as I know migrated accouts should see a message in orange in MyNetworking informing them that the account was migrated to ASP. Clicking on hyperlink Aruba Support Portal (ASP) will redirect to ASP and you have to follow the steps to activate the ASP account.
