Do you mean the MyNetworking Portal?
Some MyNetworking Accounts will be migrated to Aruba Support Portal (ASP) Here you can read more about it altough it maybe outdated.

As far as I know migrated accouts should see a message in orange in MyNetworking informing them that the account was migrated to ASP. Clicking on hyperlink Aruba Support Portal (ASP) will redirect to ASP and you have to follow the steps to activate the ASP account.
