Using SQL Express for Guest Management Software database?

CAn any1 help me, because i still can not figur it out.

I know less from SQL so im trying to get it work , but still no luck.

 

its a 2008 R2 config with 2008 R2 sql

 

I have Installed HP insight manager, and my SQL database is called

NTSVR6\HPSIM

 

I created a empty database (name GMS)  with Managment Studio under this SQL 

But i cant get it working,
