What is correct procedure to change key on msm765zl

Have an msm765zl with 30 attached access points. When the WPA2 key is changed in one of our VSC's the changes are not distributed across the entire wireless environment. Some access points get the changes, while others don't.

Can't seem to find reference to having to restarting the main msm765zl, or each access point, so I'm unclear on the process.

Am I missing something obvious?
