annoying problems with IOS devices + MSM765 + HTTP authentication
Hello,
We are dealing with an annoying problem with our wireless lan and Apple IOS devices. Yes, I have a ticket open with HP, but in regular HP fashion, no one is returning our emails.
Setup:
We have a VSC setup for external guest. The VSC uses an initial WPA2 key, then requires the user to authenticate using HTTP in order to get full access. This has been working well for our laptops, Android devices and Blackberrys.
Problem:
However, all our Apple device seems to kick the user back to perform the HTTP auth every 10-15 minutes. We tried using static IP assignment, this did not help. This is either running IOS 5 or 6.
HP seems unable to be willing to assist, or provide any clear solutions.
running 5.7.2.0.12736
any ideas?
