convert controlled AP to autonomous

Hello,

I use MSM410 5.7.4.0 Ap-s with MSM720 controller. controller is dead, so i need to convert AP-s to autonomous mode.

please can you advice, what is easy way to do this. do i need to change firmware on each Ap?

The MSM720 controller has a lifetime warranty. Why not log a call and get it replaced?

You can set an AP to autonomous mode from the controller (sounds like that is not an option here).

If you reset the AP, when it restarts, it will have a default IP address 192.168.something. When you log into that address, you can convert to autonomous mode. No special firmware needed!
