unexplained AP drop off

I have an access point that seems to drop off the network for no apparent reason.

I have tried replacing the AP ,

i have replaced the patch cable at the ap end and at the cab end.

We are using poe switches but have also tried putting it through a power injector just in case.

I have tested the cable infrastructure from end to end and it comes up perfect

I have tried using different ports on the switch

there are no error messages it just seems to work perfectly then after a few hours or days or weeks it will just drop off.

any ideas?
