2/16-EL factory reset or default password?

I have a 2/16-el switch that I need to reconfigure. I do not know the password. Is there a way to factory reset the box or is there a default admin/password. I've been searching on-line through manuals and have been unable to figure it out. Any ideas/suggestions?

Not sure if this is a default password but it worked....

user: admin
password: password

Go figure! :D
