2/8Fibre Channel Switch

I have a replacement switch that has zoning on it from a previous server. Is it safe to just clear the zoning so that it will see the server it is attached to now. If so how do I clear the zones.

Is this a single switch fabric?
Do you have a saved configuration from the old switch?

Assuming that is a Brocade switch, Zoning is removed with:
cfgdisable
cfgclear
cfgsave
.
