ACU 64bit on Server 2012R2 Locking Up

ACU 64bit on Server 2012R2 Locking Up

I installed the HP ProLiant Array Configuration Utility for Windows 64-bit V 9.40.12.0 on a new install of Server 2012R2

 

It crashes on a regular basis when I attempt to do any config changes on my MSA1000 storage array

 

I have to let it timeout & can unlock it thru an older version of ACU on one of my Server 2003

 

Any one have any ideas why this is happening or if there is a work around
