Boot problem on a Brocade Core switch 2/64

After reconfiguring the network te switch autoreboots after each boot.
I attach the output.
How can I reload the system default values ??
How can I debug the problem ??
Is ther any boot variable that may help ?? This is what I can get pressing Escape during the boot.

The output in the console is like this:

The system is coming up, please wait...
Checking system RAM - press any key to stop test

Re: Boot problem on a Brocade Core switch 2/64

After reconfiguring what - SAN (network) or the switch? Did you reconfigure switch?

Re: Boot problem on a Brocade Core switch 2/64

We only changed the network config with ipaddrset: IP & Gtwy (LAN) and then got the problem. When you execute this command, you are prompted to choose the CPs (processors) or the Switches (logical switch 0 or 1). We changed both.

I think that te problem arise when the SNMP deamon fails.

Thanks in advance

Re: Boot problem on a Brocade Core switch 2/64

I would call HP for help. This switch works on some kind of unix and maybe expert help on its configuration is required to help you

Re: Boot problem on a Brocade Core switch 2/64

Login as root to the 2/64 and run df and check to see if what your filesystems capcaities are there should be 2 filesystems
/ &
/mnt

One is active filesystem other is root. if / is full that could be your problem. This has been known to be caused by management software SanPoint Control so on
To sin by silence, when we should protest makes cowards of men.
