Business Copy
I am experiencing a problem with Business Copy on a SAN Management Appliance 2 with an EVA3000 setup. I am trying to create a snapshot of four disks and mount them onto a windows 2000 server to be backed up via backupexec. Every time I run the script one of the disks will not mount. If I go into disk management the disk is not there but if I rescan disks it appears and can be manually mounted. It seems random which disk won't mount and I'm not quite sure where to start looking, so any suggestions welcome!
I have included the log file for the snap and mount. I can see the mount is failing but was wondering if someone could explain why?

Re: Business Copy
Found my problem, seems to be a "feature" in 2.2.052 that has been fixed in 2.2.1. Anyway used the BCRegClean to remove all entries from the server and now I can mount and unmount successfully. I think it was in a state as I had been manually mounting and unmounting drives in order to get the backups to run.
Will upgrade to 2.2.2 at the w/e and see how it goes...
