Call Home functionality HPE MSA 1050/205x

Hi all,

Is it consider adding a "Call Home/auto-support" feature in the new firmware release of the MSA1050/205x (as in Nimble)?

Also what is valid for Oneview and MSA, does it work with MSA iSCSI models (workaround)?

Hi,

Oneview doesn't support MSA iscsi model as per the support matrix:

You may consider HPE IRS: It provides call to home feature using SNMP/WBEM:

You may log a support case with HPE and IRS configuration team would get in touch with you and share more details.

Note: I am not sure about the future enhancements in MSA firmware.
