Can't open ACU

i have 4 servers DL760 G2. Installed with Windows Server 2003 Enterprise Edition and MSA1000. The problem is when i install Services pack 1, i unable to run HP Array Configuration Utility on all servers. San storage still work. Can't somebody help me on this matter.

Hi Helmi!

SP1 for Windows 2003 Server includes the firewall and security features that came with SP2 for Windows XP.

It's probably the new security features that's causing your problems. Check the configuration of Intenet Explorer security and verify that the firewall is disabled.

You should also check if HP released a new version of ACU to adress problems with SP1.
