Check Condition Error on EVA8000 ?

I've started see this error in the Command View logs a lot lately. About 1 every 3-5 hours.

"A physical disk drive has reported numerous check condition errors.
Corrective action code: 00"

I've had the problem before and contacted support, at which time they promptly replaced the disk.
But the last time I contacted support they told me problem was firmware related and the disk was fine.

Can anyone shed some light on what this means?
