DButil with Win 2003/64 and SQL server 2000/32
Hello,
I am trying to design a solution for using Business Copy on an EVA 6400 to backup an SQL Server 2000/32bit DB running on Windows 2003/64bit (this particular combination is not supported by Data Protector).
I cannot find information about whether DButil supports "freezing" a DB under these combination of components. Does anyone know if it would work? The utlimate objective is to be able to back up the DB using BC without having to shut it down.
The DButil page has no detailed version information:
Thank you very much,
