the msa 2040 does not work the cable 8121-0637 when I want to enter by cli

Hello,

Using the correct cable, driver, and terminal emulator, this works fine; I've done it a lot of times. Complete instructions for using the CLI cable can be found at https://support.hpe.com/hpsc/doc/public/display?docId=emr_na-c03820027

The cable is just an USB cable (USB A to USB B mini), but inside the controller is a serial to USB converter. You need the driver to make the driver working, this will add another COM port to your PC.
