EVA VCS Upgrade
We have a EVA5000 coming out of warranty and we would like to support this unit ourselves
(Being HP hardware support).
I believe we are unable to do the VCS and drive updates, because HP do this themselves..
As a company who has the required HP certifications required to look after such kit, why do we have to rely on HP.
What do we need as a company to support this product fully.....

Re: EVA VCS Upgrade
Did you ask them? Anybody outside HP cannot really answer that question for them and I guess you won't get an answer from any employee here.
