EVA4100, Unmappable controller after adding disk enclosure
Hello,
I have problems after adding a third disk enclosure with 6 FATA disk to an EVA4100. The Controller A is under "a new" Controller enclosure 1 in Unmappable Hardware, not in the Rack section, in hardware (its with the yellow alarm).
Ive tried to restart that controller, restart the Command View server, but theres no solution, remains the error (from 2 days ago).
I need to add the disk to a group disk, and at this moment i dont know how to do (restart the EVA??...i dont wanna do it...of course...).
Any ideas??, thanks a lot
