EVA8100 Test - Removing a live Hard Disk

I'm looking to carry out a test.
If I have 6 drives in a group configured as raid5 and presented to a server which is up and running-
then pull out on of the hard disk, will it continue to work?
Alternatively is there a command that I can use to kill the power to the drive to simulate drive failure?

Hi Amen

I m not understanding ur question ..

Creating a diskgroup in EVA will require minimum 8 disks..

can u put ur questions clearly ...
