We use FCA 2101 2GB Fibre Channel HBA in HP Proliant DL380 with Windows 2003, all has been fine recently but Insight manger is reporting an error. I have checked the back of the card and the green link light is flashing( where as the other systems are not) and there is no orange data light.
Has anyone seen this happen, maybe its time to buy a new one??
