FCArray Assistant does not work under Win2K3

We are moving from Win2K to Win2K3 on our servers. The FCArray Assistant we use to manage our RS/12 does not seem to work under Win2K3. Is this accurate, and is there an alternative for managing the Array under Win2K3?
