Firmware Error on McDATA 4Gb SAN Switch for HP p-Class BladeSystem

Anyone seen these switches with a status of Firmware Error (Blink 2) within mcdata browser? Switches have latest firmware release 6.4.0.11.0. Resetting temporarily fixes but status returns.

We are receiving the same error message with latest firmware release 6.4.0.13.0 within the mcdata browser? Were you ever able to resolve this error message? The McDATA 4GB SAN Switch is also in an HP p-Class Bladesystem.

Was never able to fix this issue. Updated to 6.4.0.13.0 and still getting error.
