Firmware Update MSA 2324i

Hello

 

I can't update the Controller Firmware. It's anew SAN without any virtualdisk etc.

I recieve following Error Message:

Progress of firmware update being performed by controller A:
*** Failure sending the file to the Storage Controller.
The request cannot be completed because unwritable cache data is present.
*** NOTE! WAIT 3 minutes, THEN cycle power and retry firmware update.

 

Can anyone help me?

Ok here the soloution from HP Support.

 

In CLI you have to execute this command:

 

#clear cache
