HP 4/8 San Switch and Qlogic Fc-card

and MSA2012fc, win2008server.
3 nodes in cluster.
3d node is always "no light".
qlogic fc adapter is OK. but there's no I/O Range in 3d node's device resources...

first it finds all the disks on msa but after a while all of them disappear. What can be the problem?

MPIO is OK. cables ok. SAN config is checked thousand times.
