HP EVA6300 and Microsoft Clustering

Describe the situation.

We have HP BL c3000 Enclosure with 4 x HP ProLiant BL460c G7 Server, HP EVA6300 with 2 x Disk Arrays.

Two BL460c work as ESXi 5.0 Virtualization hosts in VMWare Cluster (HA). More two BL460c work as Hyper-V 2.0 hosts in Microsoft Failover Cluster.

HP EVA6300 connect to HP BL c3000 over FC/8Gb directly in Brocade B-series 8/12c SAN Switch.

Everything seems to work fine, but the problem occurs during the migration of virtual machines between storage, or while moving a virtual machine in the cluster.

As soon as the transfer of large files - the virtual machine disks, the performance begins to degrade as Microsoft cluster and VMWare.

Tell me where to look? Where can be a bottleneck in this scheme?

Perhaps there is some best practices for building a Microsoft Failover Cluster based on HP EVA?
