HP MSA MSA Controllers FIRMWARE UPGRADE

Hello,

I have to upgrade a MSA 2050 with dual controllers.

The firmware are old on the two controllers.

I'm looking for the good upgrade path.

The actual version is: VL100P001

If you look at the MSA Firmware site it does state that if you are upgrading more than two major versions back you should contact HPE Support. 

For your question, you are moving from VL100 to VL270 which is one major version to the next higher version. So only one major version step. It will be safe for you to go directly from VL100P01 to VL270P004.
