HP OpenView Storage Mirroring
Hi there,
We got a problem here with OSVM. I'm trying to find in the documentation if it is possible to restore the replicated data from a backup on the DR site before to start the replication. We got a lot of data to replicate in a short time window. We're searching for a way to save time. Will OSVM overwrite that data ? Or will it replicate only the modified data since the backup ? Note that the data is gonna be an Exchange Server 2003 database, 3 SQL Server 2000 databases and some corporate data. Should we replicate data on site before to send the machines to the DR Site ??
Also, is there a way to insert a window time on Cluster to cluster configuration because the software is installed on clustered computers.
Thanks in advances !
