The document in question is a meant for internal users and hence not shareable. 

This issue is seen in systems with Code Version T230P006/T230P007.

The recommended action is to shutdown and reinsert all disk drives, then power up with Controller B only. Once all comes up fine, later plug in controller A. Laslty,  upgrade to latest Firmware version.
