HP Proliant ML350 G5 drive cage / caddies
We have a HP Proliant ML350 G5 (as below) that we want to use as a backup server (running DPM 2007). The drive cage holds 3.5 inch drives:

We were wondering if anyone knew whether it'd be possible to use the following caddy, coupled with a standard Samsung Spinpoint F1 1TB drive for storage. If so it could be a pretty cheap and reasonably effective solution:
Caddy: http://tinyurl.com/57arul
Drive: http://www.ebuyer.com/product/143288
Thank you in advance!

Re: HP Proliant ML350 G5 drive cage / caddies
Hmmm, it probably would work fine, but be warned, it is not an HP Supported option, and it may invalidate your warranty!
Upto you!

Yes, it's possible. I bought 4 drive cage / caddies with 1 TB Seagate hard drives.
