HP Storage works 1/8 G2 Tape Autoloader - Robotic Failure

I have a problem with my HP Storage works 1/8 G2 Tape Autoloader. When I boot it up I get the error message saying: Robotic Failure Code: 8F OE and thereafter the magizines can not be ejected.

 

Please kindly assist
