HP StorageWorks P2000 G3 Disk is AvailDsrc

I am trying to find out if the Message "AvailDsrc" on disk when looking at the enclosure and the disk is not usable when making a VDisk.

 

I have looked online and in the documentation we have but I can't find anything.

 

Is this a bad drive or is the SAN set to some king of Disaster Recovery Mode?

If you're worried about the state of the SAN I'd suggest contact HP support so they can go through the logs. If you check them yourself you may also find the answer.

Maybe the disk is some kind of spare?
