HP StorageWorks Replication Solutions Manager Software Error

Hello,
in need help for fixing some erros with the HP StorageWorks Replication Solutions Manager Software. I had the Problem, that i cant start any jobs in RSM (Attachment,screenshot 1). To fix that issue i tried to reinstall the software but it dosent help. So now in got anothe error during the addingprocess of an Host in RSM(screenshot 2).I will file the RSM version and any othe hepful informations subsequently. Does anyone here knwo this issue?
