HP command vvview for EVA 4000 Upgrade to Unlimted Licnse problem

we have HP CV EVA 4k Series Upgd to Unlim Lic
v7.0+.
we generated the unlimited license key on webware.hp.com site and we insert this key license in command view 8 but it was not successful ; license not valid .
we already had 1TB CV for eva 4000 license since 2006 (we use it befor with CV 6.0 without key registration)

how to generate lic key for the old 1 TB license to use on CV 8 .

Osama, it could be an old EVA firmware problem (it cannot understand the key). Try to upgrade the firmware, upgrade CV and then upgrade the license.

Thanks,P.Prokopets we already contact Hp support for this Issue and we work arround to generate license key .

we update firmware to the latest version before .you cannot upgrade CV from 6 or 7 to v 8 you must uninstall earlier version then install cv 8.
this license upgrade need the basic license 1TB.
