Hello,

we would like to startup with this system, but there are error in SMU and we don´t know why atm.

We are able to create/read/write from "2x DL360 Gen10 Vmware Host" to the MSA 2060 storage.

The initiator is stating that it is not Discovered, this means that the HBA with that WWID is not logged into the MSA.  This is strange because your images show link leds on the host ports.

Can you post the output from these commands from the CLI:

Same error for me in the SMU GUI

Servers equipped with 2 SAS HBA E208e-p version FW 3.53
The 2 Servers recognize every volume connected in the SAN, but the SAN find the Host Group MAPPED and REDUNDANT  BUT NOT DISCOVERED.

Good information here.

The 2nd port of each of your SAS HBAs have been unmapped and removed.  Based on the information in the API output, host-port-bits-a and host-port-bits-b, this is what you have connected.
HOST1CTRL1P1:  51402ec0155ed220  ==> Port A1
HOST1CTRL2P1:  51402ec015629590  ==>  Port B1
HOST2CTRL1P1:  51402ec015629ad0  ==>  Port A2
HOST2CTRL2P1:  51402ec015628a60  ==>  Port B2
Host-ports-bits-x is a bitmap to the ports for the controller:  Port 1 == 1, Port 2 == 2,  Port 3 == 4, Port 4 == 8
For other protocols you could have a combination of those numbers:  5 would mean ports 1 and 3,  15 would be all 4 ports.

If the naming convention is accurate then you have redundant connection to your physical server via 2 different SAS HBAs in the server.  

Is the Mapping aligned? ex.  HOST1CTRL1P1:  51402ec0155ed220  and  HOST1CTRL2P1:  51402ec015629590  are mapped to the same volumes

-- the 2nd port is not connected to anything: I am using only the 1st port for both SAS HBAs: I hope this is a well supported configuration! Do I have to connect with four more cables the second port of every SAS HBAs? I hope not.

Does the Web interface (SMU) show different information now?
-- By now nothing changed, but I am not able to upload any pics! Anyway my situation is still ABSOLUTELY EQUAL as the screenshots uploaded by "juergen-account", with teh same FW Version on the MSA2060: is it a bug on the GUI? The CLI only reports the status YES for DISCOVERED and MAPPED but says NOTHING about Redundant!

Following this thread, I am attending in these last days a customer with a similar issue and the same SAN Unit.
No need to upload anything because the screenshots of @Stefano84 and @juergen-account are the same I got

It seems a bug of the GUI showing too many "checks" than the CLI is built to report: does it need a FW update to extend the data reported by CLI? Or to reduce the field shown by GUI?
