How to Reset Lost Passwords on HP MSA2000 Storage?

I tried to use the username admin password !admin and username manage password !manage since they are default account on the storage but it didn't work .

Connect the supplied serial cable to the serial port on the top controller Controller A using a suitable serial terminal emulation package and set the communications properties to 115200 , 8 , n , 1 , and no flow control  same requires the password and I can't enter the command "set password manage"

how can I do that?

Unfortunately I'm not aware of a way to do this without calling support. I would contact HPE Support, they do have the means at assisting with a password recovery process.
