How to connect a MSA20 to a Proliant ML10 Server

Hi

I just purchased a Proliant ML10 Server (Part No-787225-375)
for an inherited old MSA 20(Part No-335921-B21) but struggling which is the right adapter that I should buy for the server.

I am using Win 2008 Std R2 on the sever. My MSA 20 has a VHDCI port on the controller, therefore should I go for a HP PCIe  U320 SCSI host bus adapter like the 'HP PCIe U320 SCSI Host Bus Adapter (Part No-AH627–96001)'

Appreciate if someone can guide me.

Thanks

Kumar

A single modern disk is faster and bigger than the MSA20. You need special smart array adapters to connect, almost all are PCIx. Better forget the MSA20.

Hope this helps!
