Increase the size of VHD

I'm trying to increase the size of an iSCSI drive which is hosted on my MSA. Is there any way to do this? I was able to add additional drives to the RAID 5 array and then using diskpart was able to increase the size of the partition that the virtual hard disk file was on. But, now I need to increase the size of the Virtual Hard Disk file. It is currently 400 GB. I've seen tools like VHD resizer. I'm not sure it will work for what I'm trying to do? I don't necessarily have 400GB worth of space on any other drive to temporarily copy the data too. Is there any way to increase it without needing the temporary space?

Thanks!
