Insight Control 6.0 not parsing Command View 9.1 servers properly

We have discovered our storage systems and Command View servers from within Insight Control 6.0 (IC6). We have an issue with how IC6 is performing SAN Configuration Collections.
We have two Command View 9.1 servers that are sharing access to five EVA arrays. Each "sees" the five arrays as available to manage (Total storage systems). One server "owns" three of the arrays (Managed storage systems) and the other server "owns" the other two arrays.
The three arrays that are owned by the one server are not displaying any Storage Volume or Capacity Information within IC6 when viewing the individual array status under All Storage Arrays.
It appears that IC6 is attempting to run the information updates (collections?) per Command View server against ALL visible storage arrays (all members of the Total storage systems field) rather than against ONLY Managed storage systems. Initial discovery performed correctly, it is only subsequent updates that fail and remove existing discovered data about LUNs and array data.

Anyone else seeing this behavior?
Is there somewhere we can submit bugs to HP with regard to IC6?
