LUN Mapping using using HP version of Qlogic SANSurfer
I have a Qlogic 2342 installed in an HP-Proliant DL145 server running Linux RH-3 update 7, and I'm using the 7.0.7.5.2-fo driver. I'm trying to setup static load balancing using the SanSurfer config tool, but each time I click on the "configure device lun mapping" option I do not get a window. If I'm using the Qlogic branded driver with the Qlogic SanSufer this function works.
In this configuaration I'm using a a Third party Storage sytem. Does, the HP driver look for HP storage systems before it allows LUN mapping?
