Lost console cable for msa2012fc
Hello.
We got msa2012fc system from our partner.
The serial cable for msa2012fc is lost.
IP adress of this system was changed at partners office and also lost, cause partner's IT-engineer working on system was quit.
Could anybody give me a clue how can I connect to msa2012fc?
Is there any method to return system to default factory settings?
Or how can I find product number of this serial cable to purchase it from supplier?
Any help would be very appreciated.
